Insurance & Payment Policy

At Advanced Care Medical Center, we accept most insurance plans. When calling for an appointment be sure to inform us who your insurance carrier is so we can verify your benefits. Upon arrival for your appointment, please provide the receptionist with your current insurance card. A copy will be made and put in your file. We are participating providers with most of the insurance companies and accept the following plans:

  • CIGNA HealthCare products (Open Access, HMO, PPO)
  • Medicare Part B
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HMO
  • Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Auto Cases
  • Advantage 65
  • WebTPA
  • Tricare
  • Cigna (with Multiplan Network)
  • United HealthCare (with Multiplan)
  • BeechStreet
  • First Health
  • Golden Rule

In the case where there is no insurance available, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment, however, is due in full at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
